Follow Relevant Laws and Regulations

Our company implements ethical business practices and strictly abides by various relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Company Act, For Phytohealth 42 Securities and Exchange Act, Commercial Accounting Act, Political Donations Act, Anti-Corruption Act, Government Procurement Act, Public Officials Conflict of Interest Avoidance Act, regulations related to listing and over-the-counter trading, and other related laws and regulations. Our board of directors members uphold high standards of self-discipline and support each other in complying with these laws and regulations.

Training and Seminars

We provide annual training and seminars on integrity and business ethics for our board members and employees. This includes “Managerial Motivation Meetings” or weekly team meetings.

Reporting System

We have established "Integrity Management Operation Procedures and Behavior Guidelines", which include a whistleblowing system and provide a normal reporting channel. We assign appropriate personnel to handle the reported cases and evaluate their effectiveness. We also provide appropriate rewards to whistleblowers who provide valid and effective information.

Company Culture

Integrity, reciprocity, and courtesy have always been the most important core values of our company culture. Everyone in the company, regardless of their position, shares the same beliefs and follows the same Code of Conduct. In order to uphold the core value of our company culture, we have stipulated the "Code of Practice for Sustainable Development", "Code of Integrity Management", and "Code of Conduct and Ethics". Also, the service rules are clearly stipulated in “Employees Work Rules” to require all employees to be responsible for upholding the company's moral values and reputation and to abide by laws and regulations.

  • Integrity : Adhering to the principle of integrity in business operations, regular reports on the implementation of sustainable development are presented to the board of directors.
  • Reciprocity : All exchanges with our stakeholders are based on the principle of reciprocity, including with employees, shareholders, upstream and downstream suppliers and customers, consumers, communities, and banks. All of them can share the economic value created by the company.
  • Courtesy : We internally emphasize the importance of Enterprise Ethics and externally follow laws and moral norms. The "Code of Conduct and Ethics" was developed for this purpose.

Information Security

We attach great importance to the risk control of information security and are committed to information technology applications. In addition to integrating group data and information, we also make effective use of human resources and information technology. We have stipulated an "Information Security Policy" and used multiple backups and offline storage to ensure that information services such as company data, systems, and equipment can provide legally accessible and complete information, which is a strong pillar for the company to achieve the goal of sustainable development.

We strictly implement patent and intellectual property management, and as of 2021, there have been no incidents of infringement or data leakage. The "Intellectual Property Management Methods” and “Patent Infringement Incident Handling For Phytohealth 44 Procedures” have been stipulated to strictly require company employees to abide by the confidentiality clauses of trade secrets. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with suppliers and customers, which are implemented in accordance with "Network Use and Confidential Documents Management" and "Use of BI Business Intelligence Management” to closely protect the trade secrets of both parties.

Intellectual Property Management
