Suppliers Management
Our company invests resources in environmental sustainability and urges suppliers to join the effort. We have a "Supplier Management Policy" that requires suppliers to obtain necessary environmental permits and comply with related regulations. They must also identify and manage substances that may harm the environment and ensure proper handling, transportation, storage, use, recycling, reuse, and disposal. We conduct annual supplier evaluations and periodic on-site inspections.
Suppliers Management Regulations
The company has established a "Supplier Management Procedure" and evaluates the implementation of suppliers annually. If a supplier violates the corporate social responsibility policy and significantly impacts the environment or society, the contract may be terminated. If a supplier violates legal regulations and cannot improve in a timely manner, the company may terminate the contract.
Integrity Business Statement
We have signed the “Integrity Business Statement” with our suppliers, strictly requiring our employees not to directly or indirectly offer, promise, demand or accept bribes, commissions, entertainment, kickbacks, improper gifts, or any profiteering. If any supplier's behavior involves a violation of the Integrity Business Statement and cannot be improved immediately, we have the right to terminate the contract.
