Additionally, we actively sponsor and collaborate with patient associations, including the HOPE Taiwan Cancer Care Association, the Taiwanese Breast Cancer Education and Prevention Association, and the Taiwan Society of Palliative Medicine, to provide strong support for cancer patients and their families across Taiwan.

Shared Decision-Making (SDM) Form

The Taiwan Society of Palliative Medicine developed the Shared Decision-Making (SDM) Form for cancer-related fatigue, which uses simple cards to help cancer patients better understand the disease, methods for improvement, and the pros and cons of various medications. It provides detailed information on different treatment methods and medications based on the severity of the condition, helping patients and physicians to find the most appropriate treatment approach.

Fatigue Scale

The medical community introduced a "Fatigue Scale" that allows patients to selfassess their cancer-related fatigue score. If the score is less than 4, nonpharmacological treatments such as exercise, regular sleep, nutrition, and cognitiveFor Phytohealth 33 behavioral therapy can be used to improve the condition. When fatigue worsens to moderate or severe levels (a score of 4 or higher), medication can be considered as an additional treatment option.

Daily Record of CRF

The Taiwan Society of Palliative Medicine has introduced a "Fatigue Diary" for cancer patients, providing a tool to understand and assess cancer-related fatigue scores. By involving patients and clinical healthcare personnel, the aim is to improve the quality of cancer treatment and care.

Videos for Health Care Education

We produced multiple cancer-related fatigue educational videos, including interviews with well-respected physicians and animated videos that provide an easy-tounderstand introduction to cancer fatigue, from disease recognition, prevention, and assessment, to coping and treatment.

Medicine-Education Cooperation

PhytoHealth is committed to enhancing clinical care for oncology patients in Taiwan and maintaining a good partnership with healthcare personnel.
